The website
Our site and its content are provided as-is for general information. We work to keep it accurate but make no guarantee that everything is complete or current.
Quotes & engagements
We publish no prices on this site. Any project is governed by a separate written agreement and a fixed quote we provide to you directly. Nothing on this website creates a binding contract on its own.
Ownership of your software
When your project is paid in full, you own the custom deliverables we create specifically for you, along with your data. CoreShield retains ownership of its pre-existing and general-purpose materials — reusable components, libraries, tools, and know-how it brings to every engagement — and grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use those materials as part of your deliverable. Each project's exact ownership and license terms are set out in the separate written agreement for that project, which governs if anything here differs.

Anything you send us through the contact form remains yours. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it's accurate to the best of your knowledge.
